JAY: So, one more time, Heiner worked at UNCTAD (the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development). fFrom 2003 to 2012. He was the director of the Division on Globalization and Development Strategies. He now is director of Flashback-Economics, a consultancy for global macroeconomic questions.
